How to cleanse a room?
1. Formulate an intention to remove negative energy. Taking the time to consider a positive intention will add value. "I release all energies that no longer serve me, as well as all negativity and fears that restrict me. So be it..."
2. Spray several times into the corners and work your way towards the center of the room. Let the scent flow through the room by spreading it with your hands.
3. After the room has been energetically cleansed, you can express a new intention for positive energy with a prayer, blessing, or affirmation. "May the positive energy contribute to the well-being of myself, my housemates, the earth, and all creatures living there."
