What Are Purchase Options

Some products may be offered as a one time purchase or as a recurring purchase option, for example as a subscription. A recurring order automatically renews according to the delivery interval you selected until you cancel it.

How to Cancel a Recurring Order

You can cancel a recurring order at any time. The cancellation applies only to future renewals.

To prevent the next scheduled order from being processed, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing time shown in your customer account or in the confirmation email of your subscription.

If an order has already been processed, paid, or handed over for shipping, that shipment can no longer be cancelled. In this case you may use our return process after delivery, subject to our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Pause, Skip and Changes

Depending on the specific purchase option, you may be able to pause, skip, or reschedule an upcoming delivery and change your shipping address or payment method.

All changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing time.

Returns and Refunds for Recurring Orders

Each shipped order is subject to our return policy. If you withdraw from the purchase within the legal withdrawal period, the provisions of our return policy apply, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

Managing Your Purchase Option

If your customer account includes a subscription management portal, you can manage or cancel your recurring order directly there.

If you do not have access to such a portal, please contact us by email at hello@worldofvikings.shop and include your name, order number, and the product you wish to cancel. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
