Fenrir Wolf Jewelry, Clothing and Accessories
Fenrir was the mighty wolf of Norse mythology and the son of the god Loki and the giantess Angrboda. Together with his siblings, the Midgard Serpent Jörmungandr and the goddess of the dead Hel, he was one of the most feared creatures in ancient Norse lore.
Even when Fenrir was young, the gods noticed his unusual strength. With each passing year, the wolf grew larger, and an ancient prophecy foretold that Fenrir would kill Odin himself during Ragnarök, the downfall of the world of the gods. Fearing this fate, the Æsir decided to shackle him.
They repeatedly placed heavy chains on him, but Fenrir effortlessly tore each one apart. Only the magical fetter Gleipnir could bind him. However, Fenrir recognized the gods' betrayal and bit off the war god Tyr's hand before he was finally bound.
To this day, Fenrir stands for raw power, freedom, forces of nature, and inevitable fate. His story tells not only of destruction but also of fear, betrayal, and the attempt to stop a prophecy that ultimately came true nonetheless.
